Attendance:
Only paid attendees may attend the workshop.

Lunch:
Lunch is only provided for attendees.

Cancellations:
– If the cancellation is made over seven weeks from the workshop start date, you will receive a credit towards a future workshop, less a $100.00 processing fee. This credit may be applied towards a future Capital Medical Education CME Aesthetic Workshop, and will be valid for one year from the date of cancellation. It is the attendee’s responsibility to contact Capital Medical Education regarding upcoming course dates.
– Cancellations made within seven weeks of the course date are not eligible for refunds or credits. However, the registration can be transferred to a colleague without penalty.
– No refunds or credits will be given for ”no-shows”.

Support Staff:
Each attendee has the option of registering one additional person (office manager, esthetician, medical assistant, etc.) at a discounted rate. Meals and meeting materials are included for Support Staff. Support Staff Restrictions: Limit one support staff per regular registered attendee.  CME certificate will not be awarded to support staff (but they will earn a Certificate of Attendance).
